Engine Pistons ASMR is an entertaining casual videogame that combines various popular genres like ASMR, 'idle games,' 'clickers,' and 'merge games,' resulting in a simple but addictive premise in which you try to make your car the fastest and most powerful by buying new pistons for your engine, then merging them to make them better and faster.

The gameplay in Engine Pistons ASMR is as follows: as in any good idle clicker, you'll have to tap on the screen as fast as you can to make your car go faster. Every time you pass a car, you get money. Depending on the type of car you pass, you'll get more or less money. The idea is to overtake the fastest cars, and in order to do that, of course, you'll have go even faster.

How do you get faster? By investing the money you earn on pistons and other upgrades. To this end, at the bottom of the screen, you'll find three buttons: speed, money, and pistons. If you invest in speed, your car will go faster when you tap on it; if you invest in money, your car will generate more money when passing other cars; if you invest in pistons, you'll add more pistons to the engine, which makes the car go faster whenever you're not tapping on it. At a certain point, you'll have enough pistons to start merging them, and a new button (to merge pistons) will be activated.
